q: how do i get a slot with you?
a: i release my slots every start of the month at 1pm. the date of slot release will be announced in my channel 2 weeks before the actual slot release date!q: how many slots do you release at a time?
a: i release about 20 slots each month, 10 for designated customs (pick from the designs i have stated as 'want-to-do') and 10 for normal customs (send me your desired nail designs and i will recreate them)q: how long is the waiting time?
a: 3-4 weeks, i have a pinned message in the channel for all my customers to track the progress of their nails :) if you have a special event that requires these nails, please let me know in advance that you need them by a certain date! i usually am able to accommodate to special requests but i am unable to do so without prior notice!
(e.g: i have an event on 5/12, so i will need the nails before 29/11)q: are you responsible for lost mailing or items damaged during mailing?
a: i am not responsible for either, before i mail your items, i ensure that they are packaged properly with bubbled-wrapped polymailers and i always write a return address. the mail is also tracked so any lost mail will be sent to singpost! as for damages, i usually send a bubble of your items before mailing to confirm that i have not damaged it prior to mailing :)

q: how do you arrange your batches of nails, who get their nails done first?
a: in my pinned message, i stated that i separate nails by batch. those who need their nails urgently will be placed in front, that being said, i cannot accommodate if you do not ask me beforehand. please give me at least 2 weeks of a working time minimally (including mail time). after urgent orders, customers who have paid first will be arranged in front. please pm me if you would like to know which batch you are in!q: what is the grace period for payment?
a: buyers are required to make two payments:
1st: a $10 deposit to secure their slot
2nd: the remaining amount after i have sent completed pictures of the nails
each payment window has a 12 hour grace period, if there is no payment within the 12 hour period without a reason, your nails will be confiscated and resold by me.
